1. Turn off the printer and make sure the printer is completely powered off.
2. Open the paper hatch and lift the cover where the paper is loaded.
3. Press and hold the Feed button and keep it pressed through the next steps.
4. While holding Feed, turn on the printer and use the power button to turn it on while still holding Feed.
5. Wait for lights to blink and continue holding the Feed button until both the Ready and Error lights start blinking:
• Blue (Ready)
• Red (Error)
6. Release the Feed button once both lights blink, let go of the button.
7. Close the paper hatch
8. Confirm the Ready light is solid blue which means the reset was successful.
9. Power cycle the printer and turn it off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
