The Rewards App login screen asks for your login credentials as well as your store ID.
Fields:
- User Name. Enter your user name.
- Store ID. Enter your Snappy store ID. This is the unique ID assigned to your store during the onboarding process.
- Password. Enter your unique password.
Currently, passwords can only contain numeric characters like 1,2,3 etc.
Once all fields are entered, press the login button to proceed. This will take you to the home screen.
If an error occurs, the app will notify you as to what has gone wrong. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions or need assistance.
